1. Introduction and Scope
Welcome to TheAndamans.in, operated by Xynocast Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. By accessing our platform, searching schedules, or purchasing ferry tickets and tour services, you agree to comply with these terms.
2. Ferry Booking and Operator Responsibilities
The Andamans acts as an authorized digital booking interface for third-party maritime operators (including Makruzz, Nautika, Green Ocean, ITT Majestic, and Sealink). The actual carriage of passengers and luggage is governed by the conditions of carriage of the respective operator.
3. Passenger Identification and Boarding
All travelers must carry valid government-issued photo identification (Aadhaar, Passport, Voter ID, or Driving License) matching the names on the ticket. Boarding passes must be collected at the departure jetty counter at least 45 minutes prior to scheduled sailing.
4. Weather Cancellations and Rescheduling
In the event of adverse weather, cyclone alerts, or Port Management Board port clearance suspensions, sailings may be rescheduled or cancelled. In such circumstances, full refunds or alternative travel slots will be processed in coordination with the vessel operator.
5. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, under the jurisdiction of the courts in Port Blair, Andaman and Nicobar Islands.
